Ann is a very experienced Operations/Business Development Manager within the Welfare to Work Industry, who has excellent communication and relationship building skills along with strong leadership skills.
With over 20 years experience within the field of Welfare to Work Ann has gained significant experience as an Operations Manager successfully delivering performance and quality targets on a variety of contracts and managing over multiple sites with teams of up to 50+ staff. She also has well developed project management skills and experience of implementing contracts up to the value of £26 million across the UK.
Over the last 3 years Ann has worked as a Business Development Manager, winning over £10 million of new business, by developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders and networking with a variety of organisations from across the public, private and third /voluntary sectors. Ann has created innovative products and responsive quality bids in response to tender opportunities.
Her Professional Qualifications include PRINCE 2 Project Management and an NVQ Level 5 in Operational Management
Ann's is also a Trustee of STARS (North Wales) and a Founding Director of NWWN
