Hazel is a Human Resources Manager with a large retail organisation.
With over 15 years experience within the field of Human Resources, Training and Development Hazel has excellent communication and networking skills and the ability to form and manage key relationships including trade unions.
A customer focused HR professional with experience across public, private and voluntary sectors she is effective in all human resources disciplines. Hazel is enthusiastic and self motivated with experience of analysing complex situations and developing pragmatic solutions.
Hazel has the ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels within the organization, and externally, and has a background in diversity training. An experienced budget manager who can evidence strong budgetary control (£2.5 million labour budget) and commercial awareness together with the interpersonal skills necessary to motivate staff to provide a value added service.
Hazel is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, She holds a Certificate in counselling a Qualified NVQ Assessor and an Internal Verifier
Her other work interests include a Volunteer Counsellor/Sessional Supervisor for Childline Wales and she is a Founding Director of NWWN
